It is my belief that the easier a product is to use and learn, the better the user’s experience will be. However, to make a product easy to use, you must first solve a user's problem. To do this one must have empathy, curiosity and clarity of expression or specifically, the ability to express complex concepts clearly to those with little or no prior knowledge.
